We know sometimes things spin out. While we aim for clean laps on every order, here’s the no-nonsense breakdown of how returns and refunds work in the Scenario Seven paddock:
🏁 No Returns for Regret
Every item you order is imported specifically for you, so we do not accept returns for reasons like:
Changed my mind
Don’t like the colour in person
Delivery taking too long
We’re a lean, fan-driven setup, not a warehouse. All confirmed orders are final unless there’s an actual fault with the product.
⚠️ Damage or Wrong Item? That’s a Red Flag
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or completely different from what you ordered — don’t stress, we’ve got you.
Here’s How Returns Work:
Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll share a Return/Replacement Form (RTO Form) which needs to be filled, signed, and sent back to us within 3 days.
Items, upon return are checked for the following:
- Tags (if intact)
- Quality confirmations & damage (if incurred)
- Disfigurement (if any)
Once approved, we’ll process a replacement or refund (as applicable).
Any mis-reporting of a replacement with a damage/Disfigurement that is not visible or discernible will not be accepted and no refunds will be made over the same product. We run a lean operation and thus aim to reduce returns by providing the best quality and enhance the first impression.
If not approved, customers are contacted with the requisite findings and a course of action is taken conjointly based on cooperative understanding.
⛔ Note:
Shipping costs for returning the product are to be borne by the customer.
Products must be unused, with original packaging intact.
Refunds will be subject to a small 3–5% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
💳 Refunds, If Approved:
Processed via UPI, bank transfer, or original payment method.
Allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Refunds are not applicable for sizing issues if the correct variant was shipped.
🕒 Maximum Return Window:
You must initiate contact for return/replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted beyond 14 days from the delivery date under any circumstance.
